About Me
My name is Riley, and besides authoring this website, I have a number of projects, hobbies, and other works! Primarily, I write fiction and poetry, although I’ve recently branched out into technical documentation and informal nonfiction content. I’ve also just joined the team for the excellent Garuda Linux distribution as a maintainer for their GNOME Edition. My other interests include coffee, philosophy, pharmacology, and the strangeness of being anything at all.
About This Site
Currently, I’ve termed this project my “Greenhouse.” It functions as a blog, public knowledge base, and (kind of) a portfolio. It takes inspiration from the Zettelkasten Method, which I use for my own personal organization, as well as the fascinating idea of a Digital Garden. It’s intended to evolve as I do, and present a curation of my larger personal knowledge base. The site itself is hosted on GitLab, built with Hugo, and styled using the excellent Bear Blog-inspired Hugo Bear Blog theme.
